I pretty much agree with everything you wrote but......

the problem is the quality of the PL has vastly increased this year especially amongst the teams in the bottom half.

There dont look to be any broke teams.

Every team looks to have the finances to dip into the transfer market in Jan as well.

I know some people will think this is stupid but we can still move forward even with relegation.
