Is anybody seriously bothered if we don't sign anyone today?
We've added half a dozen players in the last few months to a squad that did well last season, does it only matter if we sign them on deadline day? Do we really need an extra striker? Scoring goals was never our problem last year, defending was.
I don't want to see us spending money where it's not necessary this season. Next season, yes, but this season I want us to stay up while being financially sound.
