I love an international tournament

although they were better when I was younger, the globalization of football makes them less exciting these days and we all know what to expect from many teams and players. Having said that Euro 2008 was one of the best of all time but have to worry with teams like Republic of Ireland in it this year the excitement isn't going to be quite the same. Should see the majority of the games, which is nice. I think I will miss Spain v Italy though. Really hope Poland have a good tournament as well, makes it more fun when the home nation does well. I haven't bet seriously on anyone to win yet though, think it could be quite open.
