Well, as it's in the public arena now, I can reveal that the offers were, initially ?650,000 and a second one for ?850,000. I've heard we are holding out for ?1,250,000. But from what I've heard we'll probably only get ?500,000 up front and the rest in installments. More to follow. All the best - His Royal Gedness.
