Betting question

I noticed ( however ww2 before anyone says) the hooton is now moved to much better odds and ahead of malky on bet fair.
Since we had heard nothing and there appear to be no real story speculation stories either...
Are they simply moving the odds based on what we say , I.e the numbers of people who bet on certain people and by looking at message boards like this or go they actually have information we don't
