2. When the club has no manager and McNasty is trying to sort out compo with Villa and get a new manager.

Holt needs to realise that had to be McNasty's top priority rather than dealing with a player with 2 years left on his contract.

Holt should have been more patient and understood that the club has other priorities at this time.
