Agree - but there is a chance Lambert has reached the limit of his ability

with us and certainly with Villa. If he wants to finish top 8 (as Villa and eventually we will want) he will need to start buying players from outside UK. This then makes the dressing room a lot harder to manage with different languages and cliques - bigger chance of signing mercenaries as well.

There is a good chance he will find a way to deal with it, but also a good chance that it will prove beyond him (or at least take a long time to adjust which Villa will not allow him).
