He's Really Pushing It Isn't He?

My "Norwich City: 50 Greatest Games" book (out in the Autumn, bla bla bla) has a very prominent photo of Holt on the cover along with several City legends of the past-would it be churlish of me to ask the publisher to remove his rather significant image and replace it with someone else?

I know he's still done his bit and all that, but I'd rather someone else had that pride of place position now!
