As per the "have to sell Howson" nonsense.

They then think, hell, Lambert has to sell to buy at Norwich-but we can offer him a ?10, maybe as much as a ?15 Million "warchest" (its always a warchest and warchests tend to have weapons in them, I don't recall may succcessful Infantry Units in history going into battle by flinging wads of cash at the enemy) he's going to think its manna from heaven here.
