I just hope the board isn't being too prudent in saving the cash for a rainy day

I get the sense that this is all about money, I can't think of any other reason Lambert would go to Villa or Hot would leave.

We continually hear about the debt being paid off next season but I well remember a few years ago us not spending any money and getting relegated. I just hope history doesn't repeat itself.
