What he's done at Blackpool with little money has been brilliant, can spot lower league talent, done well at Plymouth and also managed to get QPR up and playing well in Championship amidst all the the behind the scenes s**t.

Sure Leicester wasn't a good time but he went into a club in a similar position to when Gunn took over us, always on a downwards slope.
