Lambert Managing Players??

Just take this on board. PL has not managed any player that has bigger than him (reputation and medals etc) in his career. There was talk that PL did not let any of his players wear gloves on the training pitch or football pitch in the winter. If he goes to Aston Villa, which I am still surprised that his mentor MON has not advised him not to go there, the way he was treated by the current Aston Villa regime??? I suppose money must talk?
