I don't understand why people are dead against Steve Bruce

His managerial posts at Palace, Birmingham and Wigan all ended in him getting better jobs rather than being sacked. The only reason he got the chop at Sunderland was because they lost Bent, Welbeck and Gyan and the goals dried up.

Plus we could get him in quick and for free.
