It's the old unearthed lower league gems thing

City have found some decent league 1 players and Championship players, turned them into winners and prem standard. Suddenly Pilks, Bennett, Holty, Morrison etc are worth several times what we paid for them, and everyone's looking to do the same as opposed to buying "Prem experience"

Burnley want what he might be worth had he been playing in the Prem for a couple of seasons and scored goals, and been coached by Lambert & Culverhouse as opposed to the going rate which was City paid.

Good luck to whoever pays that sort of money for him; they're going to need it.
