A girly friend of mine has just passed her coaching badges, and currently organises

the training for something like 600 odd youth teams of various ages.

She's been approached and offered a job by the FA, but turned it down as she wouldn't be able to continue with the methods she currently uses, even though they are being adopted all over the country.

No idea what she actually does but I'll find out when I see her next.
