I do wonder if some of Paul Lambert's tounge in cheek comments about

Holt's weight & training ability has caused a rift between the 2, however Holt would be nothing without Lambert whereby Holt has been good for Lambert but if Lambert didn't have Holt he would just change our set up , sign a better player & move on. I hope it all gets resolved as I love Holty but I would pick Lambert every time over Holt.
