Any old school Capital Canaries remember "Happy" Doug Skelhorn?

I bumped into him outside Buckingham Palace last Saturday when I was doing a tourist day out with a couple of my cousins from America. Was very surprised to see him there.

He waiting around having driven a coach for some tourists.
