1. Lambert wouldn't take a job as second choice (even though OGS denied he was offered the job)
2. There's more to achieve by progressing Norwich for another year than taking the Villa job.
3. He won't have financial support. Lerner is making cuts and recent investments such as N'Zogbia and Ireland have been complete flops.
4. He's got a set-up here to continue building on. He'd start all over again at Villa.
5. He's more likely to be offered a role with a 'big club' if he stays with Norwich, rather than chancing being a journeyman.
6. He has a great relationship with the directors here. At Villa he'd be a puppet to Lerner with little influence in the decision making.
Can't be f**ked with any more reasons but i'm convinced he won't go.
