At the risk of double standards, I have had a thought regarding the whole sityooayshun.

I have been told by a few reliable(ish) sources that while NCFC don't pay particularly high wages, there has been some very substantial bonuses offered (and paid) in the last couple of years.

Now as anyone who works in a commission based job knows, companies and bosses can be absolute bastards regarding the terms of these and often choose to pay them at their discretion rather than the member of staff, which makes me wonder if this is what the whole debate is about.

Holt has clearly outperformed everyone's expectations this year but is still obviously unhappy with something contractual which makes me wonder if NCFC are being a bit naughty.

Discuss the issues and tell me I'm wrong.
