It's an odd one - i had assumed there had been some negotiations already

and they had stalled or something. Tapped up sounds the most likely; but would presumably be an illegal approach and I don't see Holt being such a dick as to just whack in a transfer request without seeing what was on offer with us. Stinks even more of an agent desperately out of his depth (or is that wishful thinking?)
