Let anyone who wants more money leave.

If they are not committed to the club and it's plan for stability, let them go. Holt has done a great job and if he thinks he's proved his worth, let him go off and earn more.

There is no shortage of similar players looking to prove themselves at a higher level who would be a suitable replacement. It's a shame that Holt wants to leave but we'll move on.
