I suppose it all depends on the reason for going

If he is open and honest and says I can get ?50k a week at Villa/Newcastle/AC milan and set me up for life then fine. I have no problem with that.
If he claims its to win trophies and then goes to Villa for ?50k a week we know its for the money!

If he says it to be closer to family and goes to Southampton for ?50k a week then we judge him accordingly.
