Perhaps it's because he has only been a Prem League manager for a year

We know he is destined for greatness, but maybe in the eyes of others he has to get through the "difficult second album/season" to prove himself. I am just pleased to see that the speculation is on others, this s**t is hugely distracting for everyone.
