after getting home to find a letter from my work saying my job may

Be made redundant im feeling rather pissed off with my company, we were taken over by a multi milloion japanese company, sent questionnaires about how we felt the place was doing and met them 2 weeks ago we recieve a letter! Not even a conversation! Anyway my point is does anybody know how redundancy works? Pay, holiday, notice? Please and thankyou
