Reason Holt not in squad

I would say sadly, Holt not in the squad is because his background -- he's from non-league and well, the FA won't take someone in his background; but I think it's jusr set a bad example: a player who work hard from lower division and finally play in the Premier League and scored many goals, should be rewarded!
