Bowkett said at the dinner last year all ?37 million would be available to Lambert

They budgeted for ?37m, and will get about ?44m going by last years prizemoney. By all accounts the players are all on hefty bonuses but I would doubt they got anywhere near ?37m, so this might just be "petty cash"
