Having been to most of the games this year

(apologies, that sounds boastful) I can honestly say I've loved this season. Rarely, if ever, had the crushing sense of inevitable defeat game after game in 04/05.

Thinking back, only really Sunderland, Stoke and Blackburn were games that I felt 'why the f**k am I here?', and even then - perhaps not Sunderland - we were 'in' the games. And even the heavy defeats, we were in the games for a large part of them.

Loved it. Exceeded my expectations.
