Surely he should just say something along the lines of

"I'm the Norwich manager, am proud to be the Norwich manager and have no plans to leave. Obviously you cannot rule anything out in football but unless or until the club inform me they have received an approach and are happy to let me talk to another club or i'm sacked then there is nothing to consider and i am under contract and committed to my job here and look forward to carry it on next season.
