I agree with para 2 - McNally will lean back - but Lambert has reacted to fan's comments

during a game and has shown in interviews that he's sensitive to it. I'd be amazed if he wasn't, having done what he's done. Doesn't mean that he lets fans decide his selection or tactics - that's patently not the case: he always takes us by surprise.
