Roy would've been my top choice

He's astute, tactically aware and regularly gets the best out of players (and pretty good at building for the future).

But most importantly he was very successful with the Swiss who have a famously fractured dressing room (sound familiar). The thing that might torpedo it is idiot fans/players (see lolapool)
