or via one of the cup competitions

i don't expect a decent manager to have them fighting against relegation - which is still more likely to be our fate next season even with strengthening the squad and keeping Lambo

we aren't Fulham yet...

(i seem to keep bringing Fulham up - that's quite depressing that that's a realistic ambition for us to become)
