be in a way because you don't see many people who are top managers of companies going into footy despite the huge salary. Surely the players are the same as a team of people on the phones etc as in you have to manage them, keep them happy and motivated etc. If they respect you, they will try and if not they won't. Often think how Sport management can be so different, I suppose because people won't respect you unless you've done it but that goes with other jobs.
