and i actually do think that the people ruling on what punishment is to be meted out should do so in public, justice should be open and public with the idea that it can then be seen to be clean and fair

what i don't find acceptable is the moronic element of Rangers supporters that will then issues all sorts of threats to these people's lives - and for that the club must also be held, at least partially, responsible
