That is right although am sure are various things can chuck in

such as judge misdirecting jury etc.

Must say having read quite a lot on this I think he has a chance. Based on the information that has come out (and there may of course be other stuff that has not) I am just not convinced that there is enough evidence to prove it beyoind all reasonable doubt. Thats not to say i think he's innocent but i just don't see how anyone can be sure enough of what happened to justify a rape conviction.

Even if he does get off what they did was still pretty low morally though.
