Techy help please . . .

I allowed my mum to use my laptop earlier and now she's completely ruined my font. She was writing out an e-mail and whatever she has done has made windows live, and windows explorer completely tiny and un readable. It is fine on firefox and no desktop icons have been effected. Just windows live and explorer. Its a compaq laptop on windows 7 (if that is needed) Thanks in advance.
