saw an interview with Steve Bruce the other day where he was asked about him taking the Wolves job.
He said they had talks and Steve Bruce wanted the job but apparently they went in another direction at the last minute which seems bizarre considering the first thing moxley said after mick was sacked was they needed experience......so they gave the job to a guy with zero managerial experience.......
Bruce said he never turned down the job (as reported in the press) because it was never officially offered to him.
Even Sir Paul Lambert was a disaster in his first job which makes me feel for the tough situation Terry Connor has been put in.
He didn't choose/buy any of those players.
Saying all that Im pretty confident McNally and Bowkett would have handled this situation much much better.
