the short version

Ched Evan's mate got this wasted bird into a cab and back to the hotel. receptionist testified that she was in a proper state, couldn't stand up unaided, couldn't speak well etc. his mate texted him saying "i've got a bird". evans came to hotel and went to the room. watched his mate bang her, then joined in. receptionist also went up to check on the situation, heard shagging going off and saw two other blokes watching/filming through a window. Ched snuck off through the fire exit. She said she woke up naked not remembering anything or knowing how she got there, thought she'd been spiked.
