He selects Morison as a lone striker without wingers to put crosses into the box.
As a result, Morison isn't able to play to his strengths and he ends-up drifting into wide positions to get the ball, and then we end up with no strikers in the box.
Lambert needs to play wingers with Morison and then the central midfield can get forward in support.
