Does the premier league kick off late next season?

I can't believe this article is true but even if not weird it doesn't mention games in August (season normally starts mid-August?) which will clash with the Olympics.

Good for me if it doesn't start til late August as I've got tickets for the Lords test vs Saffers on 18th August.
