Horizon, BBC2: is it just me?

Not just tonight's programme, but every time they cover a topic I find interesting: I switch on and lose interest in minutes. This isn't in character for me, and I'm wondering if it's the way it's edited, or something else.

Basically: does anyone else find interesting topics less interesting when covered by Horizon?
