Why does the 4th offical when he holds the board up to tell the crowd who is being substitued and who is replacing him
Hold it above his head so that the cameras can see then turn it 90 degrees so that the crowd behind the goals can see then turn it 180 degress showing the same info to the crowd behind the goals again
