I know it was a meaningless game for us in relation to the Premier League but..

That performance was embarrassing and an insult to us fans who bothered going.

Only two players on the pitch get any credit in that game, Whitbread and Jackson. The other 3 in the back four all made shocking errors, even assisting them for two of their goals.

Korey gets let off the hook a bit as he's had very little competitive game time, but Surman...seriously awful. He was so one footed tonight. Have the ball away numerous times, beautifully set up one of their goals with an atrocious backpass and clearly couldn't be arsed to track back properly most of the game either.

In a game that gave the fringe players and those in and out of first team a chance to show they're capable of doing a job, not one did.

This might seem like a total over reaction, but I at least expected 90 minutes of effort tonight for my tenner, I got half an hour at most. Roll on saturday when we'll return to normal!
