someone mentioned bentley the other day

and i remembered that shot he crashed against the bar early in the game at old trafford. a right old stoombanger. if that had gone in.. who knows. we might have got something there, got a bit of momentum and belief early in the season, and stayed up. or maybe we'd just have got them all fierced up and gone and lost 8-1

also that season at spurs, we had a corner in injury time, and elected to keep it in the corner and hang on for a draw. it annoyed me then and it annoys me now.
