FAO Milkybarkid. RE. Allotments. Beware recently discharged mental health patients........

I used to work for Norwich City Council. I was in charge of the administration side of the allotments. Norwich and Waveney Mental Health used to recommend owning an allotment to patients as it is thought to be very therapuetic.
There are certainly a few 'unbalanced' people in ownership of allotments in my experience.
