I don't know if anyone's suggested it, but an Aviva Beaver would be great.

There could be a giant beaver show at half-time, and the kids could get sweets from a beaver going round the pitch. Spectators would queue up to play with the beavers and there could be a game like "Splat the Cat", called "Split the Beaver". Please?
