It's boring as hell after a while till the very end. Take a book or two.

Have a go on the gas and air.

There's only so many times you can say "You're doing really well." without starting to sound sarcastic.

Do not say "Come on." or "Just push." This does not go down well but after 18 hours is an easy mistake to make.

Enjoy that magical moment when your baby arrives, amazing.
