I grew up poor on a council estate. Lots of unemployment. I myself spent 18 months

unemployed in my early 20s.

I was proper pissed off with society and the government (Thatcher / Major).

But not once did it cross my mind that because of that, I should go out and set fire to some cars / buildings and go on a looting spree.

So what is different ?
