QPR points deduction again

Crystal Palace were docked a point for playing an ineligible loan player in the final game of their 2009 season. At that rate, I think the QPR player was ineligible for about 6 or 7 games - plus there are other charges too. Whatever happens, the FA may have really messed this one up if there are appeals from QPR or third place team.
