ther s a good chance whoever filmed this is an agent for the secret services ,and the whole thing is a set up (if indeed they are the prince and camilla) .They must have gotten a lot of reassurrance from the police and their security ,before doing this.they would only do it in the knowledge that everyopne around is working for the security services ,and this might be the truth in this case.otherwise ,the poofs,those who hide usually behiond tall fences ,suddenly in a day of such tension,go out.:
