Techy Help please guys - Poss Spam

Was off gaurd earlier whilst checking my hotmail account on my phone and clicked a link sent from a friend. Seems that it wasn't actualy my friend that sent it though.
It didn't seem to do anything after I'd clicked on it but cam eup with a message of something like "invalid address" or something.
The address was

I've left gaps as the front so as to (hopefully) show the full address and not just a link.

Does anyone recognise what it may be?
